Adults' Classes

Adults begin fencing with technical exercises to develop good footwork and bladework. Working in small groups or alone with an instructor, fencers can quickly develop the skills needed for recreational fencing or competition.

Our small, skills-intensive classes include a range of experience levels from relatively new fencers to people who have been training for a number of years. This comfortable mix of levels makes it easy for fencers to learn at their own pace and seek out the kinds of bouting experience they wish to pursue.

Saturday classes are augmented with weekly practice, for those who wish to participate. All class members are welcome to join our weekly bouting practices just as soon as they are comfortable fencing in a less instruction-oriented environment.
